Terms of Use & Disclaimer
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by MEPAS, a business run by Logan McCourt, founder ("MEPAS", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is an informational page only. It introduces MEPAS and its first product, Delta, which is in development. The Site does not offer products or services for sale, does not process transactions, and is not an offer, solicitation or invitation to enter into any agreement. Any description of products, services, features, pricing or availability is preliminary, may change, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
3. No contract formed by email enquiry
Sending an email to the address shown on the Site, and any reply we give, does not create a contract, business relationship, partnership, agency or professional-client relationship of any kind. No binding obligation arises between you and MEPAS unless both parties sign a separate written agreement. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information in a first enquiry. Anything you send is not treated as confidential unless both parties first sign a written confidentiality agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including its layout, design, text, graphics, logos, names, images and underlying code (together, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to MEPAS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.
You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, frame, scrape or create derivative works from any Content, or use the MEPAS or Delta names or logos, without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or its hosting infrastructure;
- introduce malware, or carry out denial-of-service attacks, automated scraping or any activity that disrupts or overloads the Site;
- send unsolicited bulk, abusive or fraudulent messages to our email address.
6. "As is" disclaimer
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Content is for general information only and is not professional, financial, tax or legal advice.
We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Site may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, updates, hosting outages or circumstances beyond our control, and we are not liable for any downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEPAS AND ITS FOUNDER, OFFICERS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
Because the Site is free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. You access them at your own risk.
9. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect when posted, as shown by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement between you and MEPAS about the Site.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to MEPAS at the email address shown on the Site.
